What I gather is Nivea is implying that Wayne may have fallen for his background singer and fellow Young Money artist Shanell and she found out. (They shared a deep passionate kiss as part of the “Prom Queen” set while they were on tour). All the while she’s pregnant with a baby boy and Wayne is the “rumored” father. Actress Lauren London is also rumored to be pregnant with Lil Wayne’s child.
