Lil Wayne performed “Right Above It” on NBC’s New Year’s Eve Special with Carson Daly on December 31 (pre-taping) to celebrate the new year. Nicki Minaj introduced Weezy onstage by saying: “For the first time in 2011, the undisputed best rapper alive, give it up for Lil Wayne!”, and the performance took place on the 230 Fifth Rooftop in New York City.
