Lil Wayne has gone on Twitter to announce that his Tha Carter V album has not yet and won’t be released, because his label Cash Money Records refuse to put it out.
He also explained that he has no say in this situation, he is sorry to the fans, and that he wants to leave the record label.

This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation.
