Episode 7 took place on Friday night (June 5th) of Lil Wayne‘s “Young Money Radio” show, which included special guests Muriel Bowser, Snoop Dogg, Stephen Jackson, Chris Paul, Killer Mike, and Bun B.
During this show, Weezy clarified his recent comments about police brutality and racism by explaining he was saved by a white cop (Uncle Bob) when he was younger while black cops left him and looked for the gun. However, he does share stories of how he has experienced racism by white cops and even by a white pilot on his private plane.
You can check out Tunechi‘s conversations with his special guests about what’s going on in the USA right now, George Floyd, NBA, music, and much more below. Snoop also called Tune “the Kobe Bryant of rap”, revealed the difference between racism and police brutality from when he was younger to now, told Wayne that he is “the young G.O.A.T. – a lot of people say that they G.O.A.T.s but they not really G.O.A.T.s”, and mention he wants to see Mr. Carter in a Verzuz battle!
