Theo Von caught up with Wayne Gretzky for an interview on episode 471 of his “This Past Weekend” podcast, which you can watch in full down below.
At the 1:16:20 mark of their conversation, Theo asks Gretzky if he thinks he is the “most famous ‘Wayne'” in the world to which they start naming “Wayne Campbell” from Wayne’s World, “Wayne Newton”, and “Bruce Wayne” before saying “Lil Wayne“.
The former professional hockey player then talked about meeting Weezy F Baby in person at the FLA Live Arena during Game 4 of the 2023 Stanley Cup final between Vegas Golden Knights vs. Florida Panthers last June.
Gretzky says he “fanned it up” and “became a mom” by asking Tunechi for a picture, because his kids have been telling him that Tune has referenced his name in a few of his songs. The Louisiana stand-up comedian also pointed out that Mr. Carter looks high in the picture above!
