On the latest episode of Cam’ron‘s “Talk With Flee” show, he addressed why Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana‘s I Can’t Feel My Face album never dropped.
At the 33:15 mark, the New York rapper dismissed a wild rumor that he personally blocked the joint project. Furthermore, he confirmed that Universal Music Group caused the delay.
According to Cam, UMG demanded 95% of the collaboration album’s profits since Wayne hadn’t turned in his solo project at the time. This left only 5% for Def Jam, making the deal financially impossible.
