While at his SUPRA Spectre sneaker launch party in Miami last night, Lil Wayne sat down with MTV to talk about sports. Weezy F Baby says he thinks that LeBron James and the Miami Heat are the favorites to win the NBA championship this year. He also shares his thoughts on Jason Collins announcing that he is gay.
It looks like Tunechi‘s past with Miami Heat has not affected the way that he examines the sport. You can watch the interview after the jump below.
“What it does for sports? It’s opening a lot of doors and it’s showing that it’s a fair world out there. Just to see how many people came to his support and things like that, that’s a pretty fair world out there. Be you.”
“C’mon man, you know you can’t beat that machine out here in Miami man. Nobody can beat that machine. I have yet to see someone beat that machine. I think the San Antonio Spurs will give them a run for their money but, that machine, the Miami Heat.”
