Lil Wayne performed live during Tyler, The Creator’s 2016 Camp Flog Gnaw carnival at the Exposition Park in Los Angeles, California on November 12th.
During his set, Weezy performed his “I’m Me” song live, but with a few changes. Instead of rapping “I’m a motherfuckin’ Cash Money millionaire”, he switched up the lyrics to say “I’m a motherfuckin’ Roc-A-Fella millionaire”:
I know that ain’t fair, but I don’t care, I’m a motherfuckin’ ROC millionaire
I know that ain’t fair, but I don’t care, I’m a motherfuckin’ Roc-A-Fella millionaire, nigga!
Could this be a hint that Tunechi will be signing to his idol Jay Z and his Roc-A-Fella Records label when he leaves Birdman and Cash Money Records? If you want another hint, Tune was also spotted throwing up the Roc sign during his ColleGrove show at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California on November 10th.
You can check out Mr. Carter throwing up the Roc Nation sign in the picture above, courtesy of Joe Moore, and see some footage of his “I’m Me” live performance after the jump below! Wayniacs, would you like to see Wayne sign with Jay?
At this point, Wayne is saying fuck Cash Money for life. This Roc-A-Fella shout-out was random tho: pic.twitter.com/DiJoo7zJWC
