Lloyd recently sat down with LowKey from Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio show to promote his new album, Tru, which includes the 2016 collaboration with Lil Wayne – “Holding“.
During their conversation, the R&B singer-songwriter chatted about his relationship with Tunechi and revealed that his favorite collabo from them is “The Bandits“, which was never released officially. He also added that Tune freestyled his whole verse after one of his concerts in Atlanta and kept on rapping even after the beat ended.
Carrying on with the story, the New Orleans native mentioned Weezy ended up going mad after him and his people were kicked out of the studio. You can check out everything what Lloyd had to say below, as well as also listen to an unfinished version of “The Bandits“!
