For the January 9th Week 19 episode of the “Let’s Go!” podcast, Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens joined Tom Brady and Jim Gray for an NFL conversation.
During their convo, Tom asked Lamar what has he been listening to for the NFL Playoffs this year to which he answered “old Lil Wayne“.
Jackson went into more detail by saying Tha Carter and Tha Carter II to try and get his mindset back to that of which he had as a kid before Brady interrupted and said “that’s my era”!
If you didn’t already know, Wayne has referenced the American football quarterback several times in his music and even has a song titled after him on Side A of his No Ceilings 3 mixtape.
